The 3- and 4-room apartments have two or three separate bedrooms and one living room. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedrooms are either furnished with a double bed, a single bed or a bunk bed that is suitable for grown-ups. In addition, most of the living rooms contain convertible sofas. The apartments therefore provide sleeping facilities for 2 to 8 persons. See the respective apartment description for details.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. parking on the yard € 2 per night if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 80 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The 3-room maisonette-flat with approx. 98 m² is located on the second floor and has a south-west-facing balcony that offer a magnificent view on the mountains and the countryside. Therr is no allowator.
All rooms have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring and are equipped with modern and tasteful furniture. The living room on the base with dining area is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite. The sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate 1 persons, if necessary.
The bedroom on the uopper level is furnished with a 2 x 2m double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and spacious closets. The smaller room is furnished with a senior-friendly bed, a closet and a office table with a chair.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette with ceramic glass cooktop and convection oven, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
It accommodates up to 5 persons.
With consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the partly roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The living-house is situated directly next to the river Saalach where it is very silent and nice.
