The approx. 38 m² 1-room apartment is located on the second floor. It has an east-facing balcony that offers a view on the mountains an din the greenery. The apartment accommodates 1 to 2 persons.

The apartment has a design vinyl floor in wood optic. The sleeping area is a bed with 1,40 m x 2 m with sprung mattress and slatted frame. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV at the wall stand with cable TV and a sideboard. The sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate two people, if necessary.

A dinner table with two chairs is right in front of the kitchen area which is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower glass cabine, sink and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

 

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The well-kept multi-story apartment building is located close to the city center. There is an elevator, a laundry room and a bicycle storage room. A parking space is on the street.

Starting at the Münchner Allee, it takes about 10 walking minutes to the train station, the post and a couple of shopping possibilities and then further on to the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the Kurpark (spa park) and the city center with the pedestrian mall.

Close by is a bus stop. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
