Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking € 5 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), laundry, VAT, cable TV, radio. Extra charge of € 55,-- for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

The 1.5 room apartment with approx. 57 m² is located on the third floor and has a south/west-facing loggia. The loggia has movable windows and can be used like an enlarged living room. The loggia offers a magnificent view on the mountains and the vast green area surrounding the building. The apartment accommodates up to 3 persons maximum.

The apartment is equipped with exquisite  furnitures. In the livingroom the sofa can be used as a sleeping  bed for to more person.

The smaller room is furnished with a closet and a bed with sprung mattress and adjustable slatted frame that is suited for elderly people. The hallway as well as the living- and sleeping areas have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring.

The separate kitchen room is equipped with an electric stove with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, dish washer and all conventional cooking utensils.

In the bath room there is a shower cabine, sink wc and a washing machine which can be used by the inhabitants

 

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

The apartment building located in the center of the spa town is surrounded by a park and completely free from traffic noise as there is no street close to the building. The apartment building is situated in a quiet and sunny place and is built on even ground. Footpaths lead through the well-maintained park.

Via a driveway that branches off the Münchner Allee, you will reach the clearly arranged underground parking garage with access to the respective stairway with elevator. Both houses have cable TV. A laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers can be found in the basements of both houses. Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated. The apartments are mostly fitted with allergy-friendly hardwood flooring.

Due to the central position, it takes only a couple of walking minutes to reach the Kirchholz, the Karlspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall. Directly opposite the building, in the Zenostraße, is a bus stop for public transportation. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
