The apartment building in the Mackstraße 1 is located in the center of the spa town in an exclusive residential Bad Reichenhall neighborhood. It is characterized by its quiet, central location on even ground.

The house is located directly next to the Kurpark (spa garden) in close proximity to the Gradierwerk (thorn house), which means you benefit from the open-air inhalation. When stepping outside on the balcony, you can inhale the health-promoting brine that runs over hawthorn and maythorn in the Gradierwerk and is then finely nebulized by the wind.

You are located directly at the Kurpark (spa park) with Gradierwerk and music pavilion and it takes only a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.

The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
