Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Outside Parking € 1 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), laundry, VAT, cable TV, radio. Extra charge of € 50 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

The approx. 38 m² 1.5-room apartment is located on the third floor. It has an east-facing balcony that offers a magnificent view on the Fuderheuberg and the Untersberg. The apartment accommodates 1 to 2 persons.

The apartment has designer-Vinyl-flooring. The sleeping area is a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames . The living room is furnished with a coffee table, two armchairs, a TV stand with cable TV and a sideboard.

A dinner high-table with two high chairs is right in front of the kitchen area which is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove, washing maschine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabine sink and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

 

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The well-kept multi-story apartment building is located close to the city center. There is an elevator, a laundry room and a bicycle storage room. A parking space is allocated to the apartment.

Starting at the Münchner Allee, it takes about 10 walking minutes to the train station, the post and a couple of shopping possibilities and then further on to the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the Kurpark (spa park) and the city center. It takes about 20 walking minutes to reach the pedestrian mall.

Close by is a bus stop. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
