For each additional person € 8 per day are charged. For children aged 5 to 16, € 4 per day are charged. No charge for children up to the age of 4.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 5 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV, radio. There is an extra charge of € 65 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

The 2.5-room apartment with approx. 85 m² is located on the third floor and accommodates 2 to 3 persons. There are two loggias running along the entire south/west side of the apartment that offer a fantastic panoramic view on the mountains, up to the Loferer Steinberge and across Bad Reichenhall.

The loggia in front of the living room is equipped with outdoor furniture. The generously spaced apartment is comfortably furnished, the living room and bedroom have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring.

The kitchen with a modern kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. A little separated from the cozy living room is the dining area with corner bench and a large dinner table. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The appealing bathroom and the separate WC are refurbished.

In the basement is a coin-operated washing machine and a drying room.

 

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are not allowed.

 

The apartment building located in the center of the spa town is surrounded by a park and completely free from traffic noise as there is no street close to the building. The apartment building is situated in a quiet and sunny place and is built on even ground. Footpaths lead through the well-maintained park.

Via a driveway that branches off the Münchner Allee, you will reach the clearly arranged underground parking garage and from there you can enter the respective stairway with elevator via a connecting passage.  Both houses have cable TV. A laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers can be found in the basements of both houses. Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated. The apartments are mostly fitted with allergy-friendly hardwood flooring.

Due to the central position, it takes only a couple of walking minutes to reach the Karlspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall. There are bus stops for public transportation at the station square. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
Close by is an Edeka food store, a drug store and Aldi.
