Since 1989 we rent and manage vacation homes in Bad Reichenhall and Bayerisch Gmain on behalf and on account of their respective owners. In this regard we take into account the interests of the owners as well as those of the guests and long-term tenants.
In 2019 we celebrated our 30th anniversary.

Rental inventory

Our rental inventory consists of approx. 80 apartments in different locations, of different sizes, furnishings and prices. Most apartments are furnished and equipped to the taste of their respective owner. It is important to us that the property owners comply to certain minimum standards. Due to the individuality of the different apartments, a variety of styles are represented and we are convinced that there is something that suits your taste.

We constantly endeavor to keep the apartments' furnishing and equipment on the level that is expected by our guests and tenants. In the case that there should be reasons for complaint, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that we will be able to remedy the problem as fast as we can.

Dipl.-Kfm. Peter Kalb – Owner and Manager
Mr. Kalb, bank clerk and business administration graduate, went into business for himself in 1989, renting and managing vacation rentals and real estate in Bad Reichenhall. What started out as a manageable inventory of rental property has continuously grown over the years. Mr. Kalb enjoys complete confidence of the property owners as well as of his guests.

Mrs. Kalb, who originally comes from the Austrian restaurant sector, has been supporting her husband since the company foundation and is the heart and soul of the business. Since 2005 she has managed the Apartmenthaus am Schroffen and is very popular with the guests and the property owners. She is always ready to listen to her guests' suggestions and ideas for improvement. When property owners have any questions regarding furnishings, she always provides advice and support.

Tanja Weiß - she supports our team
Mrs. Weiß, who originally comes from the Austrian hotel/restaurant sector, has been a member of our team for years. She works in the office and takes care of guest relations and the apartments. Since she knows every apartment, Mrs. Weiß is able to give detailed advice for booking requests and can respond precisely to our visitors' needs.



Why you should rent out your apartment with us

Due to our many years of experience we are able to give you detailed advice and we will of course provide references if required.

Reasons to rent out your apartment:

There can be multiple reasons to rent out an apartment to guests:

1. Existing property

You have owned an apartment in Bad Reichenhall or Bayerisch Gmain for some time and used it as a vacation home up to this point. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Your interest in this apartment has waned over the years, but you don't want to sell it either. This would be an ideal opportunity to have us rent out the apartment to tourists or tenants charging a monthly all inclusive price. We are happy to give you advice on the general suitability of your apartment as a vacation rental and of course we would advise you about any needed changes to furnishing or equipment.

2. Investment asset with or without owner-occupation

You are considering buying an apartment in Bad Reichenhall or Bayerisch Gmain for your own use and/or as an investment. Before you purchase real estate, we will advise you on whether it is suited to be rented out to guests. The same applies to furnishing and equipment of the apartment. If authorized by you, we will also take on the task of furnishing and equipping your apartment.

3. Purchasing real estate with intended owner-occupation in the future

You want to purchase real estate now, but use it for yourself at some point in the future. This would be an ideal opportunity to have us rent out the apartment to tourists or tenants charging a monthly all inclusive price. We are happy to advise you whether your apartment is generally suitable for tenancy and of course we would advise you about any possible changes needed to furnishing or equipment.

4. Selling your real estate object

You are the owner of an apartment and want to sell it in the near future, but have not been offered an acceptable amount for it yet. This would be an ideal opportunity to have us rent out the apartment to tourists or tenants charging a monthly all inclusive price. We are happy to advise you on whether your apartment is generally suitable for tenancy and of course we inform you about any possible changes needed to furnishing or equipment.

In all cases, the following applies:

If there is no conclusion of a contract, or if you revoke the authorization to rent out your property before it was rented out, we will charge you the amount of time spent on consulting services.

5. Authorization to sell your property

Of course, you can also entrust us with selling your real estate object. We have been in the real estate business for years and have the required experience as well as registered customers.
