3- and 4-Room Apartments in Bad Reichenhall

The 3- and 4-room apartments have two or three separate bedrooms and one living room. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedrooms are either furnished with a double bed, a single bed or a bunk bed that is suitable for grown-ups. In addition, most of the living rooms contain convertible sofas. The apartments therefore provide sleeping facilities for 2 to 8 persons. See the respective apartment description for details.

For each additional person € 10 per day are charged. No charge for children up to the age of 4.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 70 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.


The 3-room apartment with approx. 60 m² is located on the second floor and has a west-facing patio with access to the garden. The apartment is newly and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 to 5 persons.

All rooms have allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The living room is furnished with an upholstered suite and coffee table, a dinner table with four chairs and is equipped with a TV and hifi system.

The bedroom is furnished with a 2 x 2m double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. The third room is furnished with a bunk bed suitable for grown-ups and a closet.

The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.


The well-kept apartment building in sunny hillside position is located at the outskirts of Bad Reichenhall at the commonly known "Burgmeisterhöhe". The hill extends over the area between the Predigtstuhlbahn and the Saalachsee on the south side and the Weitwiesen in the district Karlstein on the north side. From the entire property, you have a monumental view on the city Bad Reichenhall, on the Saalachtal and on Bad Reichenhall's mountains.

In the apartment house is an indoor pool with a water temperature of about 25 °C (82° F), a table tennis room and a gym, as well as a sunbathing area and a roof-deck. There is Wi-Fi available in the lobby. A user fee is charged for the password. An elevator goes down to the underground parking garage. Because of the hillside position of the building, we would recommend bringing or renting a car. It takes about 15-20 walking minutes to reach the city center. The property is surrounded by a number of biking-, mountain bike- and hiking trails.

Located in the city are the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the Rupertuspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, a couple of wellness and therapy centers, the Rupertustherme, the station and post office, a number of  good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.

There is a bus stop for public transportation in the Thumseestraße. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
