The 3-room apartment with approx. 93 m² is located on the second and third floor and accommodates 2 to 6 persons. The apartment is fully furnished.
The living room and dinner area have allergy-friendly hardwoor flooring. The living room is furnished with a couch, a sideboard with TV as well as two armchairs. If necessary, the sofa can be uswed as a fourth bed. In the dinning area there are a big table with corner bench and chairs. Next to it you can get to the seperat kitchen room. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stove with convection oven and ceramic glass cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all conventional cooking utensils.
On the same floor is the bedroom with carpet. It is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattress and adjustable slatted frames and closets.
You can reath the 3rd floor via a spiral staircase. In the big open room there is a double bed with sprung mattress and adjustable slatted frames and a pull-out single bed with sprung mattress and adjustable slatted frames, which offers also space for two people. There is also a large built-in-wardrobe and a desk in the room.
The bathroom on the 3nd floor is equipped with a toilet, sink with base cabinet, a bathtub and a washing maschine. On the 3rd floor there is a second bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. We ask you to go outside the building for smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house rules must be adhered to.
